By accessing this website of Inncode Solutions and confirming an order with us, you acknowledge your acceptance of all the below mentioned Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Inncode Solutions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Quotations & Estimates

• All quotations and estimates provided by Inncode Solutions are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations not accepted within this timeframe must be re-issued.
• All quoted prices, excluding where indicated, do not include Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other applicable taxes.
• Estimates may be provided by Inncode Solutions to offer the client a guide on the projected costing of a project prior to any discovery or research. All estimates will be clearly marked as such and are not an indication of the exact final cost to develop the application.
• Inncode Solutions reserves the right to suspend or modify services/quotation at any time, with reasonable notice to the client.
• All estimates must be formalized to a quotation or invoice before acceptance by either party as the final cost of the application.

3. Payment Terms

• All quotations provided by Inncode Solutions require a 40% deposit upon acceptance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Unless prior arrangement has been made, final payment is strictly net 10 days from the date of completion or project delivery.
• Any costs arising from payment clearings or transaction charges are solely the responsibility of the client and will be charged as such.
• Inncode Solutions will only commence work on the quoted application once any deposited funds have cleared in our account.
• The customer will not be entitled to any service in case of delay in payment for more than 10 days from the final date of installation, project completion, or module completion.
• The Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) percentage shall be decided by Inncode Solutions, which depends upon the amount of efforts and work required. This percentage may vary each year.
• The recurring/renewal amount of the domain and hosting are subject to change as per the market rates and will be communicated to the client in advance.

4. Project Scope & Deliverables

• The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly defined in the project quotation or agreement.
• Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
• Inncode Solutions will provide regular updates on project progress as agreed in the project plan.
• Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client will own the final delivered product, subject to any third-party licenses or components used.
• Inncode Solutions retains the right to use the project for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any pre-existing intellectual property provided by the client remains the property of the client.
• Source code and development materials will be provided to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Should the client wish to cancel acceptance of the quotation, Inncode Solutions will invoice the client for any work completed to date, as a percentage of the total work involved.
• The minimum cancellation fee will be 30% of the signed quotation, or the actual work completed, whichever is higher.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-30 business days after cancellation approval.
• No refunds will be provided for completed work or delivered products.

7. Errors & Liabilities

• Inncode Solutions will exercise due care to ensure applications created are free of errors and function as specified.
• Inncode Solutions will correct any errors made by our staff in the undertaking of the quoted application at no additional cost, provided they are reported within 30 days of delivery.
• Inncode Solutions does not accept responsibility for losses or damage arising from errors within any application that result from client modifications, third-party integrations, or factors outside our control.
• Inncode Solutions does not accept responsibility for errors, damages, losses, or additional costs that relate to third-party products, services, or APIs that may be required for completing the quoted application.
• Our liability is limited to the total project value and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.

8. Confidentiality

• Inncode Solutions agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential.
• Client information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project.

9. Support & Maintenance

• Post-launch support terms will be specified in the project agreement.
• Maintenance and support services are available as separate agreements or as part of an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
• Support does not include modifications, new features, or changes to the original scope of work.

10. Changes to Terms

Inncode Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. If we change our terms of use, we will post those changes on this page. Registered users will be sent an email that outlines changes made to the terms of use. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
